This is a great book, if you like poker and just want to waste time. There is no strategy in this book, it is just an enjoyable read. One annoying part of the book, at least for me, is that the author makes up characters that revolve around real players. For example, Sam Garrington is really Dan Harrington. You can see that it’s not that imaginative.
Its a nice break from strategy books but its not something you will die to devour.

|SURPRISING TURN OF EVENTS,
This novel based on the 2013 World Series of Poker is an excellent read. The futuristic setting was amazing. Even someone who knows little to nothing about poker will find this novel exciting and very entertaining. There were great transitions throughout the novel intertwining the past and the present.
This novel includes everything you would want in a novel; suspense, excitement, mafia, and murder. I wish I were reading it again for the FIRST time.
